What does Exceptional Mail (Exm) do?

1. ExM delivers emails in a way that forces the images to be displayed to the recipient without them having to click first.
2. That allows people to see images in your emails immediately, no clicks to download.
3. Provides absolute benefit to the Campaign Designer and Organizer; knowing the recipient is actually seeing their graphic content before the email is trashed.

PS: Do you know about "Custom Fields"? ... this is where you can specify different
    information for each user/email on your list. A clear example of this is the
    user's 'FirstName'. Exceptional Mail, allows massive email campaigns to still
    have the power of Custom Fields.
    Eg. Exceptional Mail powered emails can have content like, "Dear Joe Smith,"
    where each email is formed according to that user's custom field information.

 

 

Personal Secure Account:
    All your information is kept securely separate from other users of our system.
    You are assigned a secret account name and a secret account password.

Lists:
    We import your list to the database and attach it to your own account.
    Would you like your list to be deleted after the campaign?
    How many days will you allow for people to unsubscribe? ie. can't delete list until then.
    We export your list back to a Spreadsheet file for your convenience, and send it back to you.
    Unlimited Campaign Sizes - Process Unlimited number of emails on one or more lists

eMail Design, Creativity, HTML Web Page Development:
    We can design and put together the HTML email for you, our web designers and developers
    can take care of this for you.

eMail Setup:
    We add the email to your Campaing via our Administration panel.
    Generate a text only version for you which is displayed when a recipient does not
    have HTML turned on.
    * Save your eMail as a webpage on the internet, so that recipients can view your
    campaign via a web/internet browser. This is handy for recipients with Text Only email viewers.

Bounces:
    Would you like bounced addresses to be deleted from your list?
    i) some list holders want to at least get 2 bounces before deleting a user or email address

Unsubscribe:
    Choose either; an email address link, or unsubscribe link to a web form
    We can customize the Unsubscribe form for you. For example you may want the unsubscribe
    form to include a question, "Why have you chosen to unsubscribe?"

Reports:
    You tell us when you want reports generated, and we deliver them to you.
    More than one is fine.
